A teoria do "par biomagnético" es el futuro de la Medicina y la Medicina del futuro
Goiz afirma que toda patología se inicia en dos puntos relacionados entre sí que poseen las mismas características bioenergéticas aunque estén situados en distintos lugares del cuerpo. Es lo que llama "par biomagnético" y asevera que mientras en uno de esos puntos se produce acidificación en el otro se produce alcalinización. Es más, asevera que basta colocar dos simples imanes en esos puntos para que los virus y bacterias que pueden afectar negativamente al organismo ¡pierdan su capacidad patógena!

“Oy es sabido que cada órgano genera su propio campo magnético y que éste está expuesto a continuos estados de actividad y descanso así como a influencias externas como las que llegan a través de la comida, la bebida, las emociones... ¡y la contaminación electromagnética! Y que, obviamente, para mantener un estado saludable es necesario que esos campos magnéticos se hallen en equilibrio. Especialmente porque cualquier distorsión constante en el campo magnético de un órgano durante cierto tiempo puede afectar gravemente al mismo... ¡y a todo el organismo! Y son desde luego muchos los campos externos con los que cada día le toca al ser humano interactuar. El primer campo magnético con el que nuestro organismo tiene que estar en perfecto equilibrio es el de nuestro propio planeta.
La NASA detectaría luego que al abandonar el campo magnético de la Tierra los astronautas padecían la denominada "enfermedad espacial" caracterizada por el desarrollo de osteoporosis y deficiencias en el sistema inmune. No debe extrañarnos pues que hoy sean cada vez más los investigadores que se preguntan si el gran número de nuevas patologías que se diagnostiscan -muchas de ellas articulares- no se deberá a la suma de la disminución progresiva del campo magnético de la Tierra denunciada por los investigadores japoneses Kawai y Ritake (un 5% anual) y la enorme contaminación electromagnética que sufrimos…. Precisamente porque el cuerpo entero esta movido a nivel celular por impulsos eléctricos y los campos magnéticos existen en cada una de sus células los imanes, adecuadamente aplicados, ejercen un efecto positivo al equilibrar los campos magnéticos. … "Todas las funciones biológicas -afirmó por su parte el cirujano francés Ornego- son sumamente sensibles a la influencia de los campos magnéticos. Las membranas, las mitocondrias intercelulares, las reacciones enzimáticas, los fosfolípidos, el metabolismo basal... Todo confirma el concepto de que la vida en la Tierra está sumergida en un mar de fuerzas magnéticas y que la persistencia de vida depende de que esas fuerzas permanezcan intactas."

"En 1988 -escribió Goiz- acepté que debido a la interacción de un campo magnético de polaridad bien definida con la carga biomagnética de un órgano éste se distorsiona hacia un pH anormal alcalino y se produce un acortamiento del hemicuerpo derecho constatable de forma objetiva; y que, por el contrario, el hemicuerpo derecho se alarga ante la presencia de un órgano con pH acidótico. Las mediciones se hacen en el hemicuerpo derecho porque el izquierdo no sufre estas variaciones ya que es recorrido 80 veces por minuto en condiciones normales por una corriente electromagnética generada por la actividad autónoma del corazón y, por lo mismo, sirve como marco de referencia bioenergética para entender e identificar los pares biomagnéticos".
